Now this announcement seems a little illogical because after a rough calculation the amount he is planning to spend on this scheme is so astronomical that it can damage the entire GDP of the country.
Plus one more thing – this type of monetary schemes should be banned by the Election Commission as it looks like a bribery but with public money that they will have at their disposal.
Rahul Gandhi and Congress should come out with proper agendas and a vision for India. Back it up with how are they going to achieve it. Just donating money and not having a long term plan is going to harm both the Congress and our country.
The states where they have come in power like MP & Rajasthan – there they couldn’t implement the waiver of farmers as promised before election – then how come they are promising such a big scheme.
Congress should focus on the states where they have power and try to work for the betterment of the people there. This way they will have plans and schemes run on state level and as per the success – they can then pitch those ideas at national level.
I am an Indian citizen and I want the best for my country. The best is possible only when the common people of India get benefits out of any government run scheme. Irrespective which party implements it.
