Heath Ledger is the best Joker portrayal on screen. This has been the claimed by a lot of people till now. I myself believe that the Joker played by Heath Ledger is legen-(wait for it)-dary. But as we all know that Joker is one of the most mystical comic book character ever written. So there can be many iteration of Joker and the menacing chaos-loving Joker of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight was awesomely played by Heath Ledger.
Now there is a new teaser for the upcoming Joker movie starring the immensely talented Joaquin Phoenix. I won’t explain the trailer as I will not be able to do justice to the way it has been shown. Please go and watch it if you haven’t already!
This is set in 70s or 80s. The movie is made in a smaller budget (as compared to other Super Hero movies) and seems to be a character study kind of a movie. The casting of Joaquin Phoenix seems to be perfect as you can see the transformation in the trailer itself. People always knew that the movie will offer something different but after seeing this trailer I must say that it exceeded by expectations by a mile. Now I am super hyped for this movie and cannot wait for October 4.
